General Returns

Under EU Distance Selling Regulations we offer you the opportunity to return any item you have purchased within 14 days of purchase. If you decide that you don’t like the item, or have simply changed your mind about your purchase, please return the item in the condition you received it – to:

Return postage costs would be your responsibility, however we can suggest MYHERMES who offer the most competitive rates on parcel shipping.

Once your item has been safely received and checked by us, we will issue you a full refund of your original purchase price (inclusive of the original shipping you paid on the item).

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, we do encourage you to contact us in the first instance as we do work hard to ensure that your buying experience is positive. If your item is faulty or arrives damaged DO NOT RETURN IT, please see the process below.

Faulty Items

In the rare event that your item arrives faulty or damaged in any way, it is our policy to always offer a repair or a replacement in the first instance. Please keep all the original packaging supplied.

If your item arrives damaged, its important that we are contacted promptly so that we can claim from the courier as items will definitely not be sent out with any such breakages. Please take pictures of the damage so we can assess the vacuum and the best course of action.

Please do not return the item, if a complete replacement is required we will arrange to collect the item and deliver a replacement. If you have had your item for longer and it develops a fault please contact us and we will refer to the warranty process for any repairs.
